The staff offered direct assistance when needed. This was a great plus for me. the bed was very comfortable. arriving at the door by taxi was good. the location proved very helpful.
The central heating in the room was quite noisy. It sounded close to industrial level.

The location near the palanca boat stop was convenient. the breakfast buffet had a good selection. the staff was very helpful. the cleanliness was apparent, and the bed was very comfortable in the room.
The air conditioning didn't work as well as i hoped. It lacked a setting that felt just right.

sensational breakfastreally good job
The breakfast was sensational. maurizio and thomas did an really good job. I commend them!
There were no screens on windows. Mosquitoes attacked if you opened the window to cool the room down, though.
